No you cannot. There is a parable that presents a scenario similiar to your requst (Luke 16:19-31). The Bible states that the dead know nothing. (Ecclesiastes 9:5)

I don't know about bible. But as I know from philosophy, after this life, we will enter a full harmonic environment. There you are a part of a totality, in which you can feel all other parts just as you can feel all parts of you body here. Communication is not like what we have in this world. It is not via talking. It is something like telepathy and you communicate the moment you feel like communicating. it is a world of harmony, communication and totality. Hell is nothing but a place for fixing damaged souls. It is not for chastising. It is for fixing. It is for bringing back to harmony. And those in hell are connected to those in heaven as a part of this united entity called "Being".

Here's a better question. If Heaven existed, and it's supposed to be a place of eternal happiness, how could one go there and be happy while a loved one was in Hell? Or even just knowing full well there are people in Hell at all?

According to Greek Mythology, when you get to the Elysian Fields (or in this case heaven), you are forced to drink from a river that makes you forget all of your earthly memories so that you can be truly happy. I'm not sure what the bible says.

No, I don't think it's possible. According to the scriptures, when you are in hell you are separated from love. So if anyone up there wanted to send a nice "hello" they wouldn't get through.
BTW, like your name. Is it short for Christian?

The answer is no.
What the Bible does say is Jesus will take His chosen in one hand and everyone else in the other. I take it that separates them.

The answer is no because Hell is total deprivation.
Hell is when you are all alone with
no one and no God with you forever.
