This is not an ad to sell the gun. I'm just interested in what I should ask for it when I try to sell it. The gun is about 4 years old.

Which variant of the hkusp40 are you trying to get price info on? variant one? 2, 3 or 4? Each varaint has a specialized following in the gun world, I have a USP40 variant 1 with stainless slide, even tho this pistol is over 10 years old, because it's a variant 1 with stainless slide it's worth upwards of 650 dollars. Is you usp40 a blued slide or stainless slide? If you want to email me I'll be happy to look it up in my HK book and give you all the pricing info you want, I collect HK's.

I have seen used USP seeling for upwards of 850. Which is insane, i know. I have a feeling you could get a new one for around that. Don't settle for under 600.
H and Ks have incredible resale value. Do not get taken.
The reason they have such resale value, is because people rarely get rid of them. Why are you getting rid of such a marvelous gun? Oh, upgrading to the Expert? Maybe the Mk 23?
