You should only have to drag and drop it where you want it. For example, click on the task bar (anywhere that's open) and drag it to the bottom of your screen, you should be able to see that the computer is going to place it there and just let it go. That should work for you.

That occurred to me as quickly as, i became so pissed off reason i could no longer placed it back :P besides, stick to the training: a million. suitable-click on the job bar 2. verify 'Lock the taskbar' is unchecked. 3. click on an empty area of the taskbar 4. carry the left mouse button down 5. Then circulate the taskbar the place you like it. you would be able to additionally desire to fasten the taskbar after so it will in simple terms stay there. :)

well what you do is click and hold the task bar then drag it to the bottom, if that doesn't seem to work right click it and make sure "lock task bar" isn't selected , once at the bottom right click again and check "lock task bar" so that he cant move it again.

Depends on what computer you have, but usually there is a selection in the system Preferences menu that allows you to position the toolbar wherever you want it. That's the way it works on a Mac, but of course these things are always more complicated on a PC.
