you release the pain of the relationship.

this does not mean get back with old "ex's" or enemies are your buddies.

These people are at a distance from you for a good reason-never doubt that for a minute.

No it's not bad, it's just that there is no guarantee your ex will take you back or that you'll be forgiven by your enemies.
