Well I use to like this guy ALOT and I confessed to him like last week and he said he use to like me too.. I could kind of tell that he use to like me. I stopped like him because is kind of embarrassing, but he is so sweet, thoughtful, and nice. Well now he is going out with someone. I think I still like him, but I don't know if he still likes me. What should I do? Does he still like me?

If he's going out with someone else, chances are that he doesn't like you anymore...or at least not as much as her.
You should move on.

You should know if you like him or not. Not just "think" that you do. Just move on and don't waste your time on him. There's a lot of guys out there. Just have fun!
