All of a sudden, I got this pain in my lower right back side, alil lower than my shoulder blade when I breathe in. It only hurts when I breathe, not when I move or anything. I was wondering if this is a muscle sprain or possibly some anxiety thing or something else. I haven't been doing any kinda of strenuous activity and I don't play sports. Thoughts?

Three considerations here..... pneumonia or pleurisy... The only other factor would be a twisted rib, which would stop you very suddenly if you attempted a deep breath. Would hit the intercostal nerve and it is similar to the crazy bone in response.. You can only take in about 1/2 a breath.

HI CELTICANG,
2 years ago i had the same symptoms as you....and i put off going to the doctor's.....hurt like h*ll when i breathed in.....long story short, i ended up with interstitial pulmonary fibrosis. and i am on oxygen 24/7. and have been for the last 2 years. i would
strongly recommend that you go to the doctor immediately....i ended up in the hospital for 30 days, 11 of which were in a coma
