I say no. A "noise" is something that we perceive because our brain told us so. Our brain receives electrical impulses from our ears after they receive sound waves from something like the sound of glass breaking. If there is nothing around the noise to capture the sound waves created, then there is no "noise". I guess maybe you could also ask "Does paint have color if no one is looking at it?". The paint is reflecting light, but if there are no eyes to receive the light, then it might not have color. Aw hell, this is too deep for 1:40 in the morning. Interesting topic though.
