You have admitted your problem! That is the first step. The next step is seeking a drug counselors help and going to an AA or NA meeting as soon as possible.

Well, your first step is admitting that you are powerless over marijuana. The second step that you should take (this is a good start) is asking for help. You could call the number for Narcotics Anonymous, they will be very helpful. If you think that you may be so addicted that you need more help than what they can give you, I have a number of a place that you can call. I went there for almost 3 months for alcoholism and I've been sober for almost 21 months now. The place is called Edgewood Recovery Centre, it is in Nanaimo, British Columbia and the phone number is 1-800-683-0111 and their website is www.edgewood.ca and you can e-mail them at info@edgewood.ca. Good luck my friend.

i could say the 1st element to do is look your self interior the replicate and say some thing effective to the face in retrospect at you. tell your self which you're a sturdy, sturdy and priceless guy or woman, and right this moment is the 1st day of something of your existence: that right this moment you will make a favorable substitute. i think of the best high quality way of battling and staying stopped is to seek for a help team...a 12 step software. they have shown outcomes for the reason which you're no longer doing it on my own, yet with a sponsor you could call every time you sense a yearning, and people who've long previous through it and are staying sparkling sometime at a time. you would be able to properly be frightened to make the 1st call or to flow to the 1st assembly, yet you will sense so sturdy approximately your self once you're taking that first step. you're able to do something you %..decide for it! superb needs.

The very first steps that I took were #1 money factors, it can be spent elsewhere - #2 how foolish you look stoned, take a sober day to watch your stoned friends and how ridiculous they behave - #3 definately support from good Christian ppl - #4 read your bible, somewhere in there it says "stay sober minded, God will come in a twinkle of an eye and if you are not sober you will miss it - and #5 think of all those who look up to you, you wouldn't want your kid stoned :) hope this helps xox

great.... you just did the first step......to realize that it is not good is the first step to solve your addiction......
the second step is to think all its bad effects so if your mind tells you to do that again your will to stop it will prevent you from doing it again......
third is to find a counselor that can help you in overcoming this addiction,he or she can give enough advice about it......
fourth is to seek enough love from your parents , friends , and all your love ones........
fifth is to go to a rehabilitation center coz they can help you to prevent and can make you into another human being..,...
lastly, try to find guidance and have faith in GOD......HE is the real solution for all the troubles in this world....
hope this will help you........
good luck..........

There are many ways to help someone who's having trouble with alcohol or drugs. Some people just need the wake up call of your honest opinion; others can benefit from professional help to make changes in their behavior. Still others need professional help to maintain complete abstinence through rehabilitation programs and/or recovery programs.

you must decide that you are 100% ready to quit and then decide that you are ready to get help to quit..then get that help...it's called taking the first steps...like a baby does.. as an addict I can tell you that those steps will seem like miles but they will be the end up being the best steps he/she has ever made

Well, the obvious one is to stop rolling joints and smoking them.
The second is to realise you are in control, and not dependant on the drug.
What will happen is you'll have more money in your pocket, a better attitude, and more self-respect.

Acknowledge your addiction and try to move on. You may need to get help from narcotics anonymous. That could help because you could talk to other people with addictions.
