I think that they look like a larger, somewhat wrinkled pit.

Who cares what they look like when a cross like that would result in a VERY aggressive dog? Cane Corso males can get as heavy as 165lbs. It would take a very big, and very strong, man to handle dogs like that. Cane Corsos aren't known for their intelligence, either.

The Cane Corso is a dog descended from ancient canines that were bred with the mastiff line. They were often used to fight lions in the Roman Coliseum. If you are not accustomed to handling a powerful dog, please DO NOT get one of these animals. They are incredibly strong, and will soon prove to be a liability for inexperienced handlers. To do otherwise, would be cruel and dangerous.

Who cares what it WOULD look like.
Please don't consider breeding those breeds with each other just to see what they will look like.
