At this point, you won't be able to make a grape wine in time for Christmas. Wine needs 4-6 weeks to ferment before it can be bottled and you're only a week away from Christmas. Go out to your local wine shop and pick up a couple of white's and a couple of red's for your dinner.

I went to google and did a search for homemade wine, and there was a recipe, that was great, they also list all the ingredient ts that you need.
