What's the deal with guys and silent treatment? How much time is enough time to allow them to cool off?

The whole silent treatment and sleeping on the couch thing, just doesn't do it for me.
Kinda sucks.

Men's silent treatment is so much easier to break down than a woman's. Men are easy.

While we dated, my boyfriend and I worked out our differences. Once we got married, he started the silent treatment, without an explanation why, and would do it from anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Never would tell me why, never apologized.
I left after 6 months, but he promised he wouldn't do it anymore...he didn't for a while, but then he went back to it.
How can a relationship grow, if you can't talk about differences?
My marriage was dead. I finally left, and was so much happier.

silent treatment is just another form of manipulation; the good 'ol "i'm not talking to you untill you do what i think you should" to get you to conform. trying to establish a parent/child relationship is he?
tell him that gwwwon-ups talk to each other and talk things out ;)

A real man will realize that its time to make up and do whatever he needs to do to get things right. let him take his time with it......cuz sometimes, if you interrupt the cool off time...it can make the situation worse.
You can also put on some of the sexiest night wear you own and tease the mess out of him while he is cooling off. You may warm him up enough to get him to talk...and when you talk....don't argue...keep it slow and sexy.

Wait until he gets over his silent treatment and wants to "get some", and then give him the "closed treatment".

As there's about a minutes i will upload in simple terms one on your series. final will come on yet yet again. a woman has died. whilst human beings have been taking her lifeless physique for burrial, there became an electric powered pole in the direction to graveyard . The cart(lifeless physique) struck with the pole, and female sueddenly have been given up. She had grow to be unconcious and the folk theory she had died. After some days she died particularly. back poeple picked her lifeless physique and all started shifting to graveyard. whilst they reached close to the comparable electric powered pole, the husband shouted' shop it removed from the pole" ( She will possibly no longer grow to be alive back)

We don't want to talk.
Talking at that time might lead to more problems, things we didn't mean to say in that way.
After about two hours of chill time, we're in a better mind set to talk without saying something we didn't intend.

I try not to let it go for more than a day, but I think it varies from person to person, give him a day or two then be the bigger person

However long it takes for him to cool off, you will know when he has cooled down enough. I would not push it.
