would it be microsoft's remote assistance..? i dont think it will but it worth a try.. to find it just go to start> help & support and then search for remote assistance... hope this helps..

That's really weird. You need to rephrase your question, as that seems like a program called Remote Administrator, where you can see your desktop while you're 2 thousand miles away from pc by using internet only. And even control it actually.
Other than that, I'm not sure what you really mean.

u mean like a webcam, if so than u need a webcam and just set it up and host it on a site
