The best way to learn is snag up a partner who is willing to learn with or teach you how t00.
The only thing I can tell you is keep your jaw loose and go from there... as for your tongue.. for starters usually the tips of both tongues will touch. Nothing hard, but lightly..sometimes you can jam your tongue down her mouth and hope she meets your tongue with hers. If not you'll be licking the inside of her mouth.. ewwww..lol...
So, ya.. talk to the chic. you two will figure it out. If you can't talk about kissing before kissing then you two shouldn't be kissing.
