Before I lived here when I was a spirit I dwelled with my father in heaven and lived with him. So no I am not originally from earth.

Yes we are all Mankind.
But we are not all in the same condition.
We have different levels of ability to communicate with , relate to and have affinity for eachother.
Communication is the universal solvent.
Have you ever tried to communicate with an angry man?
Not possible.
Modern psychology hasn't helped improve our general condition
either, since it has abandoned the fact of the human spirit and tells us that we are all just stimulus reponse animals and cannot change or improve.
It's gonna be pretty hard to improve things if we all believe that!

Perhaps the only way all us Earthlings would ever unite and get along would be if we had to go to war against another planet. The Arabs have a saying: "Me and my brother against my cousin. Me and my cousin against the world." I think this motto applies to your question. our nature is to fight and struggle, especially with those we perceive as different than us. So it might take someone really different, like aliens, to drive this fact home to us!

That same question has been asked over and over since time began. Yet the cycle still continues unfortunately. To be honest, I think it's foolish to idealize and hope that we'll ever learn.

Its because none of us can agree, But that really should not make us fright, for we should all respected each others believes

I don't see how you can derive 'we shouldn't fight' from 'we're all from the same planet'. A nice thought but certainly not very logical.

because some won't let others live in peace. greedy baskards insist we all live like they do, pray like they do, and respect only their cultures while they refuse to respect ours.
