But here you are in "religion", obviously angry at the God you don't believe exists? I don't think so.

I feel that everyone does believe in God. All those things they say are just a farce. They may not accept who He is but they believe in Him. That is why it is so important that we walk what we talk when we stand up for Jesus because they come from everywhere just to observe us. We are Jesus' disciples on earth. Let us portray what He stood for. What ever reason they come to this site, let us stand for Jesus. May God Bless

(I'm not in the religion section I was looking at 'all questions')

but I am answering your question so yes I do take the issue personally - if someone challenges me on my disbelief in God then I am going to defend it.

I'm not angry at God I'm just annoyed that there are still people who believe the myth - just as you would be annoyed at a 30-year old who still believed in Santa Clause.

It's the 21st century for goodness sake and it's frustrating that people continue to cling to 14th century beliefs.

By the way the author Terry Pratchett once described himself as an atheist who was 'angry at God for not existing'. He was joking of course but it's an interesting idea.

******** FROM THE SKY

But folks, I have to tell you, in the ******** department a businessman can't hold a candle to a clergyman. Because when it comes to ********. Big-time, major-league ********. You have to stand in awe-in awe!- of the all-time champion of false promises and exaggerated claims: religion. No contest.
Religion-easily-has the greatest ******** Story Ever Told! Think about it:religion has actually convinced people-many of them adults- that there's an invisible man who lives in the sky and watches everything you do, every minute of the day. And who has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do.
And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to remain and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry, forever and ever, 'til the end of time. But he loves you!
He loves you, and he needs money! He always needs money. He's all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, all-wise, but somehow...he just can't handle money. Religion takes in billions of dollars, pays no taxes, and somehow always needs a little more. Now, you talk about a good ******** story. Holy ****!

Hi, just a reminder...this section is "Religion AND Spirituality", which can be and often are two entirely separate abstracts. As well, you unfortunately assume that people don't believe in God or are angry about it. (Is it really any of your business, anyway?)

Maybe some do, some don't, but really, sweetie, your presumptuous "omniscient" logic which includes assumptions and judgements makes me wonder about you: Who do you think YOU are...a god?!

Hmm. Not following the logic. In fact, there may be no logic.

Who are you accusing of being 'angry'? I don't understand.

I certainly don't believe in your male god. God cannot possibly have a gender. But I believe in some god (or gods). And I'm not really angry about it.

Yeah, that's right, I don't think so. I don't believe in your god, and I'm not mad at it. To be mad at something you don't believe in would be a serious mental disorder. When you find yourself angry at someone's little sister's imaginary friend (which is the same as being mad at a god you don't believe in), seek help.

Why angry?

My religion as valid as yours AND VICE VERSA.

religion is part of life. you dont part of life; there are more religions than the "big 3"

It's not really fair to pose your question like that. All questions from all categories from all english speaking countries(provided they selected all) show up on the main page. It's not like whoever clicked on your question was hanging out in the religion section.
