1.) Depends on the state you live in.
2.) Make 100% certain you are sure about this before you do it.
3.) I wont say you are making a big mistake because at the age of 15 i started dating a 22 year old. we married at 16 and just celebrated our 10 year anniversary. I will say however, BE CARE FULL!!!!!!!! The excited head over heels feeling will pass in time and the real world sets in. Make sure this is someone you are not only willing but want to spend the rest of you life with or you very well could end up miserable.
4.) I live in Kentucky and as i have been through this i know for a fact that statutory rape charges can NOT be pressed by the parents if the minor is 16 or older. My father tried. You do have a problem with her being 15!!!! If you do not LOVE this person with all our heart move on....

You got to be careful because if her parents find out they might present charges and that alone can ruin your life because nowadays everyone does a background check for everything. If she is willingly and consciously agreeing to do anything you guys will always have the age difference working against you. And what if she becomes pregnant? you know that condoms are not 100% safe or guaranteed so that is another thing to think about. I had sex when I was 13and believe me I did it out my own curiosity and my boyfriend at the time was 19 so I know what I'm taking about. If you do anything you guys have to keep it a secret until she reaches 18 and even then her parents can be A**HLS and accuse you or even send her away, so PLEASE if BOTH of you want to do this always keep in mind what can happen. Sit down and make a list of pros's and Conn's every time you get the urge an if still y'all want to do it then you have to accept the responsibilities that come with it. Good Luck!!

First you might want to check the Statue Of Limitations Laws in your sate. For example: some states will not prosecute you if there is a certain age differences. Kentucky is four years difference. Ohio is three and Pennsylvania is three. However, If her parents decide to press charges your screwed. You will be a Sex Offender (automatic felony). You will probably end up in prison for a few years. Not a good idea. Unless you like prison

It is very possible you could go to jail and be some meat heads sex object. A 18 year old messing with a 14/15 year old is asking for trouble and it is very likely you have a low self image and go after someone younger to mask your low self image...or shyness.
Sounds to me like you sense the wrongness of this, listen to your true self and don't rush things...you have lots of time to get it together. Hey, 18 with hormones whacking you around is a tough age......hang in there.

Honestly, 18 and 14 isn't bad... Really it depends on her parents. If her parents accept you and like you and you have sex I doubt much fuss will come of it. Seniors always prey on the freshmen in high school, if you were like 34 and she was 14 I am sure people would take notice. Also be discrete about the situation. Really it all depends on the parents... If you think they will turn you in, better wait a few years, like when she's 16.

well if you have sex with her before shes 18, you go to jail, regardless of who tells on you, you go byebye, and then you get to spend a nice chunk of your life scared out of your mind in jail cuz all criminals look down on rapist and molesters, especially when it involves any one underage
