I have been talking to this guy lately.whenever i see him he will say hi to me.He tries to make small talk with me.Once he starts talking to me i talk to him heaps too.i come out of my shell.then the next day when i see him because i freak out i don't say anything.i don't say goodbye all of the time.He always used to wave to me hello and goodbye. if i was doing this to you would you assume that it's because i'm not interested and move on.i also don;t look at him all of the time but he looks at me sometimes.

i would probably be confused.
ive had this happen to me before and i ended up just moving on and not trying to get any further. its always ok to let us figure out what your body language is telling us, just dont make it this confusing.
try being more consistent in your conversations

I was just in this situation. It definitely confused me, and slowed the whole process down, although I ended up liking her more, since I appreciate the really shy girls.
Ultimately, it ended up taking sooo long that we'll no longer see each other.
