Can I sue them for commiting a hate crime?

If you could sue a minority, probably but it seems that white christians can't sue anyone for hate any more. However, If someone called me an infidel, I'd thank them for not including me in their rabid little cult

Why do you keep asking the same question over and over? It is not a freaking hate crime. A hate crime is an actual act of violence against person. If everyone else took everything literal that is said to them, the court rooms would be full of people suing each other because we had our feelings hurt.

Why is everyone so sue happy. We all get hated on here and there. Get over it and earn a living the old fashioned way, work.

Why not, some Muslim tried to sue me for calling the Qur'an a book of lies. It got thrown out, but he tried.

Yes with todays liberal judicial system you can find a rotten, low down, sticking filthy lawyer and judge which will do anything for a dollar.
