I often plan to eat fruit in the morning, but wake up with such HUNGER that I can't imagine eating something so light. I have a big mug of hot herbal tea and a whole grain bagel with peanut butter and orange marmalade almost every morning. As bagels are slow digesting, my blood sugar stays regulated and hunger stays at bay for many hours...

I never wake up early enough to make breakfast so I just grab a cereal bar or pop tart as i am walking out the door to eat on my drive to work. Days that I have a little extra time I will stop at Starbucks for a coffee.

We usually make a nice breakfast on the weekends. My fav is 3 sausage patties, 3 eggs over easy, 2 slices of buttered toast (for yolk dippage) and a big glass of orange juice. French toast is on the menu often, too.

Not something different every morning. Usually just yoghurt and coffee. When I've time, I like eggs over easy and pancakes. The kinds my husband makes, with lots of butter - a real calorie bomb.

Usually Poptarts at school in the morning.
But I do mix up what kind I get everyday heh.
Sad, because breakfast foods are my favorite.
Waffle is probably my all time favorite breakfast food.
Followed by French Toast.
And then an Omlette.
Now I'm hungry.
Peace.

What I choose for breakfast depends on my mood. One morning it may be pancakes with sliced strawberries, the next spicy chili, and the next a smoothie and an apple. This morning I made scrabble (hashbrowns, onions, green peppers and eggs cooked together) with toast.

Almost everyday I have a basted egg with toast and coffee.
On the weekends I make homebrowns. Sometimes I'll make 'snow toast' (it's french toast with real maple syrup and a sprinkling of confectioner's sugar (snow)) Other times I'll make pancakes or if I'm feeling ambitious, waffles.
When my husband is home, I will make him eggs benedict..it doesn't take but 3 more seconds to make along side of mine.

Piece of toast with peanut butter and a cheese slice...microwave 8 seconds to melt cheese. I also have coffee. Sometimes I have half a bagel (toasted) with cream cheese instead of the toast. I'm not big on breakfast and just have enough to get me through until lunch time.
