I have negatives from a disney world trip a few years ago but someone got into them during hte lenten season and im wondering if I can still re print them without taking them first to a Cardinal, not the bird though.

I have no idea why you believe that you need to have a Cardinal look at these negatives.. Nor does it make sense as to why it matters that this was during Lenten season?
Stop being scrupulous and get them reprinted and enjoy the photos that come from the negatives.
