I drink cider vinegar every morning but I do so with warm water chaser so the acid is diluted you may have a tender stomach so give it some water to help thin it out and deliver it more slowly to your system also try cuting back on th amount of vinegar at once twice a day wih less each time is just fine also

It could be the acid in the vinegar. Why are you drinking vinegar anyway?

You should only be taking a couple of tablespoons at a time, not actually drinking it down.
