For one meal? Oh my....
I assume you mean 150... What I love and is healthy is you take a can of tuna, a little olive oil, and chopped vegetables (I like asparagus, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and a little garlic) and you fry them in a pan.
While that is cooking, pop some rice in the rice cooker.
By the time the rice is done, your stirfry should be almost finished. It is so good and so light. Just be sure to use enough water in the rice cooker, or the rice will get crunchy
