If you pay attention to all of them they have common ideas within them at the core.

The idea of 'choosing the wrong' religion due to birth or geography is relative. If the religion you practice does not recognize 'God' as the deity then God certainly cannot condemn you, right?

I am not quite sure how to answer this because I personally believe in accepting all religions. I know plenty of People who don't think people who don't believe like them are as good as them and I think it is wrong. I think the only reason people refuse to accept different people is because they are afraid to step out of the lines of what they have had pounded into their heads since childhood. I think that if there truly is an almighty God who put us all on this world, he would not condemn a single one of us because of where we were born or what we were raised to believe. People follow the Bible or the Koran or a dozen other holy books but they were all written by man, perhaps men who knew God, but by men none the less. When men write something it is bound to be changed slightly, especially when rewritten by different men. I don't know if I will ever actually understand the human race's need to subjugate people, I think they need it as a way to prove to themselves that they are powerful even if it means nothing. If anyone ever understands the whole concept of religious strife, please let me know.

I was thinking this very thing the other night. There is only one religion arrogant enough to call itself the one True religion, and that is the Catholic Church. I'll go with the blatant arrogance. It's just got to be God. After all, arrogance isn't a sin. It's just how a really powerful person speaks. All other religions fade into insignificance because of it. And because of its name, by virtue of that alone, it is enough for you to have heard it once.

Now two things will happen: either you will accept it, or you will reject it. Simple as that. No matter your background or upbringing, that is all it takes.

The horsemen are poised on the lip of the valley of death and our rescue is at hand. Beneath the hooves of their horses, a rainbow of light will come into this world. They need not draw their weapons, for the force that sweeps before them all the dark putrid deviousness will dissipate in the wind of their passing.

I don't think I would put it that way. I think that God exists. I think there is one God. It's our job to find him. It may be true that we don't all worship the same God. But it does say in the Bible that if you seek Him, you will find Him. It's like this...if you want to visit me at my house, you have to go to the right address. Just because you'd like it if I lived over there, or over here, doesn't change the fact that I live where I live. Heaven is like that for God. It is where He lives. Just because you want to find Him here or there, doesn't mean He is here or there. You can only find Him where He lives. God isn't trying to make things difficult for you. I think He wants a personal relationship with each person and He will respect each person's choice to love Him or not. So, if someone chooses not to find Him, He will let them go the way they choose without stopping them. It's out of love that He respects the free will of each person, not out of condemnation. His first choice is that you choose to have relationship with Him. If you seek Him, you will find Him. But not finding him is separation from him. It's that simple. I wish you well in your search.

Every man is born with an innate knowledge of God.
Deep in the soul of every man is the desire to know God. Most people resist this desire.
It is not about a religion but about having a personal relationship with God!

It's the job of Christians to let you know this, but if you're a young child or have a mental problem and can't understand then you won't be denied entry into Heaven. However, if you know of Jesus and reject him then God will not allow you into Heaven with Him.

That is definately NOT what I believe. I believe that God wrote the Bible as his letter to us and it says that we must search for him as if for fine treasure. Most of us have that opportunity and that makes us responsible to find out who God is and what his purpose is for the earth and for mankind. For those who never have that opportunity, God has provided a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. The unrighteous being those who never had the opportunity to choose to know God and follow him. Condemnation??? He says, "I have put life and death before you but you must choose life in order to keep living." and "The wages of sin is death." Is he a liar?? NO Life or death, those are the only 2 choices!!

I don't think that there is anyone in the world, who will not hear about Jesus sometime in there life. And we're not talking about the ones who die when they are children. All the children will go to God. What age are we not children anymore?
I think it is if you REJECT GOD, that you would be condemned to hell for eternity.
You have heard of God right? Like anyone, where ever they are.

In this day of modern technology, geography means nothing. Do not blame your parents for what you believe. You are an adult and make your own choices. I am not Catholic even though my parents are and raised me that way. You know of God. Bibles are readily available, yet some still choose not to believe. That is free will.

God Bless and Merry Christmas.

I don't know if that picture you display is your real photo or not, but if it is, perhaps you could select a different pose. It looks like a picture of some one trying to be a smart alec. It gives a negative "vibe" before you even read the question.
