i'm only 5'0 and my Dr. says I should weigh 105 lbs for my height. i want to lose weight but i love to eat.

I'm 5'1 and know how you feel. But before you start thinking you should start working towards you Dr.'s "GOAL" weight you should find out your BMI (body mass index) also take in consideration you frame size. There is such a thing as being "big boned". Log on to websites that will provide you with tools to calculate what weight will be best for you to get at. Google "Fitness", "Shape", and "Women's Health" Magazines. They have great websites that are very helpful. And their magazines are very good too. My goal weight is similar to yours but I know if I lost that much weight with my body type I'd look like Nicole Richie. You should strive to look healthy not sick. Good Luck!

Eat 5 'snacks' a day of about 250 calories each. Zone diet food bars are good for this. They helped me lose 20 pounds in 3 months. Just be sure that you either eat some salad or take fiber supplements, or you will be hating life.

I'm a nurse. I would remove all the foods that you love the most. I know this can become difficult. Also any movement is exercise, like dancing, playing, or walking. Stick with this and you'll see results fast. This has worked for many people, including me.

The only way to lose safely is to eat health, exercise, and limit your foods. Find a good diet plan like Weight Watchers.

daily morning start skipping first week 200 per day it means1time 25and next 400 itmeans 1time 50after that countinue ..don 't eat cakes and burger.eat only healthy food.

Actually if you are 5ft, you can weigh up to 128lb and still not be overweight. Your doctor is wrong. HTH : )
