You need to be wearing a respirator or some type of mask to keep this dust from getting into your lungs. If you are working for a company, tell them the problem you are having because they should protect their employee from things of this nature that are bad for their health. Good luck.

if you work in a small enclosed space you could consider getting an air filter/purifier. the nice ones can go for over $100 apiece.
otherwise if you work in an open area then there are industry grade face masks that block particles as small as airborne viruses

when you good home at night try having a humidifer in your room. and see if the possibly helps.
