I think that every day that they are in the country illegally should add up to another criminal charge. Then, for the ones who work under the table, there is tax evasion. For the ones who work with fraudulent ID, there is identity theft. Then, there are the ones who drive without a drivers' license or with a drivers' license that they got illegally with fraudulent ID, then they either drive without insurance or drive with insurance gotten fraudulently with illegal ID. Then there are many who access public social services using their fraudulent ID, such as food stamps, WIC, etc. How about just plain theft of medical services for those who use the ERs as their own personal medical clinic for services that they do not pay for. The list goes on and on, but these are just the first ones that come to mind. I'm sure other posters will have more to say and add about this.

Let me see, the 1st one is crossing the border illegally and being here illegally, after that if they are working a job here that's illegal, they don't pay taxes, that's illegal, some of them get Social Security (which they don't even pay into), Armed Robbery, Rape, Murder, dealing Drugs, Vandalism, voting in Elections when only Citizens are legally allowed to vote.
Lets see I think I covered it all.

Every day they are here in the U.S. they are breaking atleast one law. If they are working here in the U.S. they are breaking several more laws.
See where this is going...
