I know it sounds really gross..but on the discovery channel theyre are certain backgrounds that actually eat the placenta as some ritual thing in theyre cultural..some people take it home,plan a tree using it,some eat it..god knows why I know I never have but whatever..lol

i have heard about placenta being used for soap, but not for drinking.
if you are just kidding about your purpose, try the hospital school, they do sell body parts for experimentation regarding studies of human anatomy. they will be asking you what's your intention for acquiring it. if it is beneficial for your research, maybe they will grant you a piece or two, but if it's different agenda, better not inform them, cause it's sounds unethical.
