Get the Vista Inspirat Bricopack from CrystalXP:

Note that it will only give you the icon packs, the theme and the wallpapers. It won't give you window transparency or Aero's advanced effects, and won't give you the Alt-Tab thingy either. Take a look at the screenshots.

The first is Universal Vista Inspirat Brico Pack which you can find at

I use the vista beta 1 aero compact skin which matches the Inspirat very nicely
