Is there a timer program that can be customized?

I teach a speed reading class. I often test my student's progress and it would be great if there were a timer program I could use to show them how fast they are reading if they finish at a certain time. Thirty five seconds=1200 words per minute, thirty seven seconds equals 1100 words minute, etc. Does something like that exist?
