The person on the inside is what should matter to you. But if you can't live with the idea of this guy missing an ear then I say end it quickly .... don't string him along it's cruel.

That's a very shallow reason to dump somebody. If he's a good man who loves you and cares about you, so what if he only has one ear? Also, did he only have one ear when you met him? If so, why is it suddenly an issue now - and it wasn't when you met him?

if you feel that grossed out about it, then you better dump him. He'll probably meet someone who loves him for who he is and not because he has perfect ears.
