will 1-2-3 days matter to your muscles if you dont workout,? how long does it take for muscles to start to break down with out use?

3 days wont matter if you are a normal functioning person who is moderatly active. When working out it is good to take a day or two off. Missing three wont ruin your muscle tone. However, when on bed rest or immobile not walking for a 3 days can cause multiple problems

I can usually tell in a little over a week. After two weeks of inactivity it takes me a bit to catch back up to where I was.
