Okay, God is the creator of EVERYTHING. Everything that exists has to be the creation of God. Therefore, Evil is a creation of God.

I know i know i know, Satan created evil. But God created something that could create it. Satan could not create something that god has not created. If satan could have created this, that meens he has enough power to create something equally as powerful as god. A force the exact opposite as god. This defy's christain logic. Even in this odd sense, God created something that could surpass his ability's and create something he has never made before. And knowingly create evil.

This opens another paradox. Why would he create something that would create such evil, knowing that it would cause such harm. IT DOSNT MAKE SENSE!

God had to of created evil, because he is the creator of everything. Nothing can be created w/o his ability. Still dosnt make sense.

First off, why would god want to create evil? That sounds horrible! And for free will, he created a being with free will, but before he could act upon this free will of choosing evil or good, evil had to be present prior to his descision.

secong, Good vs. Bad is subjective. What we consider a bad thing, is not even close to being bad in another culture, at times even good.

...what is good and evil no one knows yet, unless it be he who creates. He, however, creates man's goal and gives the earth its meaning and its future. That anything at all is good and evil—that is his creation.
—Pt. III, On Old and New Tablets, 2

From On the Genealogy of Morals:

...the source of the concept "good" has been sought and established in the wrong place: the judgment "good" did not originate with those to whom "goodness" was shown! Rather it was "the good" themselves, that is to say, the noble, powerful, high-stationed and high-minded, who felt and established themselves and their actions as good...It was out of this pathos of distance that they first seized the right to create values and to coin names for values...the protracted and domineering fundamental total feeling on the part of a higher ruling order in relation to a lower order, to a "below"—that is the origin of the antithesis "good" and "bad."

This is crazy. Religion was created out of our lack of self confidence. It is easier to believe a lie than to face the unknown. Nothing was created. Everything has evolved. Choices are made, some being "good" some being "bad". Good and evil are only conceived notions in ourselves. We have a way of balancing out, just as the animals do. Our overly good gets balanced with our overly bad. This makes us try to stay in the middle. No one is truly good, hence the need for material goods. And no one is truly evil or by nature they would kill with pride despite the law. Don't get confused, God is just a fictional character in the oldest book known to man. You can't make sense of something that is not real. After you get that into prospective you can draw logical conclusions to any answer you seek.

Good exists absolutely only in God. Only God is all Good. Everything else is good only in part, or good for a specific reason or use. Evil happens when you misuse something or disregard the good of a thing. Evil is simply a lack of good, or rather a lack of recognizing the good around us. God did create the good things, and evil is not created but rather done by people. Simply, evil is an act not a being.

The greatest gift that God gave us besides the son was choice. Evil is brought into the world by man same as good is. We all have a choice when we get up each day to make the world a better place to live in or bring evil into it. Satan started out as one of Gods angels and he decided he wanted his own power over the world so he was cast out of heaven and sent to hell.

Angie hit it right on the money. God didn't create evil but allowed it to come in because we are given the option of free will.

First, GOOD and EVIL are relative terms. Relative to YOU or GOD.

Let's say YOU are a scientist an YOU genetically engineer a species and THAT species starts killing off your kind, humans.

Do you let it kill off humans or do you advocate GENOCIDE.

Now, what does that make YOU to YOUR own point of view and your own KIND, good or evil.

WE as a species are GOING to face this is as little as 500 years, so we better get our minds made up as to what we will do if FRANKENSTEIN comes after us.

If there wasn't evil, how could we know what is good? There has to be opposing forces to allow free will. God allows Satan to tempt. It makes sense to me.

God Bless and Merry Christmas.

theres all good in bad and vice-versa. Its like the theory with the ying and the yang. And good or bad is completely relative to the situation. It's why it makes sense that heaven and hell dont exist.
