No! A born again (true believer in Christ) will be forgiven under any circumstances. As a child of God you became as such through the new birth i.e. you were born into the family of God and can't ever become "unborn" again. Ephesians CH.4 V30 tells us that we are "sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption" You can not commit the unpardonable sin as the circumstances under which it can be committed don't exist any more in this day and age. Essentially it was accrediting the miraculous working of the Holy Spirit to be the work of Satan but then it also required a twofold heavenly witness and Jesus also stated that "in this age or the age to come" as in his age both he and the disciples could work miracles and the age which followed was the age of the Apostles who could also work miracles.

Yes! It's called the unforgivable sin.... and it is denying that Jesus is the Son of God. Look at the scriptures, they validate this. But if you re a true believer you know Christ is the Son , The spirit confirms this in you. So as a true believer, under any circumstances a true believers in Christ will be forgiven

From Mark, chapter 3 (verses 28 & 29, and 30)
Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.
Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.
------------------------------
There is a key in understanding that verse 30 explains what blaspheming the Holy Spirit is... they (the scribes) said he had an unclean spirit - they are saying the Holy Spirit is of Satan, they were thinking he was possessed. Not recognizing and/or attributing good from the Holy Spirit and wrongly crediting Satan with the Holy Spirit's work is blasphemy. I believe that goes both ways... attributing something evil to the Holy Spirit and/or attributing something good to Satan (nothing good comes from him).
It is, however, worded "but is in danger of" eternal damnation. My understanding of english has me believe this means eternal damnation looms but is not a certainty. Confusing a little.
-------------------------------
From Easton's 1897 Bible Dictionary:
In the sense of speaking evil of God this word is found in Ps. 74:18; Isa. 52:5; Rom. 2:24; Rev. 13:1, 6; 16:9, 11, 21. It denotes also any kind of calumny, or evil-speaking, or abuse (1 Kings 21:10; Acts 13:45; 18:6, etc.). Our Lord was accused of blasphemy when he claimed to be the Son of God (Matt. 26:65; comp. Matt. 9:3; Mark 2:7). They who deny his Messiahship blaspheme Jesus (Luke 22:65; John 10:36). Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost (Matt. 12:31, 32; Mark 3:28, 29; Luke 12:10) is regarded by some as a continued and obstinate rejection of the gospel, and hence is an unpardonable sin, simply because as long as a sinner remains in unbelief he voluntarily excludes himself from pardon. Others regard the expression as designating the sin of attributing to the power of Satan those miracles which Christ performed, or generally those works which are the result of the Spirit's agency.

All sins can be forgiven except blaspheme of the Holy Spirit. Isnt that great news?! Almost anything can be forgiven. If you've sinned, repent .... ask for forgiveness and turn away from that sin. 1 john 1:9 - If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Scribes from Jerusalem committed the blasphemy of the Holy Ghost when they imputed the miracles of Jesus and the work of the Spirit to Beelzebub, the prince of the devils. "All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost has never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation."

Yes, if they blaspheme the holy spirit or if they repeatedly sin the same sin over and over again until God no longer believes they are sincerely sorry.
