In most cases it's OK. Some churches (not so many these days) have rules about attending churches of other faiths. Catholics used to have a prohibition against this, but not anymore.
You may wish to consider whether or not you will receive communion in the church you visit. Catholics do not offer communion to people who do not believe as they do. Some protestant churches have regulations in this area as well. It might be worth looking into if you plan on having communion.

Generally, yes. But don't automatically assume that it's OK to receive communion there.
Each church has its' own rules and procedures fot that, and for some very good reasons.
If you want to receive communion, it's best to ask permission from someone in charge, before the service begins, or just forego communion on that day.
