Hey [girl's name or nickname], I don't like it when you leave without saying goodbye to me.

I left a party once and didn't say goodbye to a guy friend I really, really liked. I didn't say goodbye because I really didn't think me leaving would matter much to him. He was with his buddy they were talking to a girl so I just left. He called me later that evening and wanted to know why I left without saying goodbye to him and that it wasn't nice of me to do that. I was surprised to find out it bothered him at all and it was nice to know I mattered a little to him.
So, maybe she doesn't realize it is a big deal when she leaves without telling you goodbye. Say something along the lines of what my guy said to me and let her know it bothers you. That is a big compliment I think.

Maybe the next time you see her you could try telling her in a lightweight/half joking sort of way, "Hey, you left so fast I didn't get to say goodbye to you the other day.." and see what she says. It might send her the message that it bothered you without putting either of you in an uncomfortable situation.

Just say that when u leave without saying goodbye I feel like you are closing the door on my face so can you just say goodbye because it make me feel better.

aww you like this girl, huh? i used to do that to a guy that liked me and one day he just straight up said, "it hurts me when you just leave without saying goodbye" just tell her how you feel. theres no nice way or mean way. she may be doing it unintentionally. she probably doesnt know that you mind when she does that. im sure she'll understand if u just tell her that it hurts you.

Give her direct eye contact, a warm smile and in a soft voice say, "Hey, (her name), don't leave without saying goodbye." If this is your girlfriend...run your hand lightly down her cheek (face). Smile, again.

It can be in a nice way only if you are the one that tells her. If it's brothering you, then it's best to tell her whats on your mind.
