I am shipping bread (small loaves of zucchini, banana, and cranberry-pumpkin) to my family for the Holidays. Does anyone know how long the bread will stay fresh? Any recommendations? We plan to ship UPS 2 Day on Monday and I'm baking it tonight and tomorrow. Thanks very much!

My suggestion would be to ship on a Monday, so it doesn't spend a night in a PO somewhere Sunday.... but let cool completely, wrap airtight, then slip in a zipper bag... I'm sure they'll arrive tasty and in good order.

I've received Pumpkin Bread (dense, like your zucc bread) before, and it was fine. It came USPS Priority (2-3 day delivery).
