listen you don't like him. so you can respond as you please. you can tell him you are taken or be frank and say you just don't want to. you could also say you don't have much freedom because of your parents, or even say you have so much going on. in this case what i would do is simply tell him that i don't feel the same way and I am not interested in having a relationship at my age.
