How do you transfer money from Neteller to Bank Account? US?

I play pokerstars.net and won a few games.

Now I would like to get some of that money back and put it in my bank account.

I'm a newby in this stuff and not technically oriented. So where do on neteller to get me my dough so I can do some xmas shopping.

actually even canadian's have some troubles with this ... my honestly advice it's first to look for some us friendly online poker sites . Still few decent ones here . If by any chance your favorite one it's not accepting you you can have a small trip somewhere on europe ;) open a bank account here get a new debitcard , and you can rent an windows server for cheap :) even ...
