say hi a couple times to get his attention..then ignore him for a week and a half ..then giggle or laugh at his next joke..smile ..and confuse the hell out of him...he'll fall for you within the month because you manipulated his brain.his interest will rise immediately because he'll become very curios as to whats up with you..by the way I'm a dude and know that will work..human nature...you should be cute to to get his undivided attention,it helps a lot...

I know this sounds stupid, but BE LIKEABLE! Really, be friendly, but respect yourself, be interesting, learn stuff, listen a lot, don't make his life a living hell if he shows an interest in you...:-)
