I see Muslims wear sandals all the time, so I think it's religious. Maybe they are helpful with all the praying because they slip off easy or something. Anyways, if I were to become Muslim, would I have to wear sandals?

No, to become a Muslim sandals not required. But you are right here in Saudi Arabia we do where sandals because the temperature is so hot in the summer Average temp about 130 Degrees Fahrenheit, that some times the soles of my Nike's melt as i am walking on the pavement. So we wear sandals because they are much cooler by allowing the air pass over your feet. It's definitely not a religious thing.

No. If you're a female, they might not even let you wear sandals. Islam has a zillion "must-do" but footwear generally isn't on the list. They do have prescribed wear for women, not so much for men, and then there is reciting memorized sections of the Quran--in Arabic (whether or not you know what you're saying) five times a day and calling it "prayer." (Imagine your friend coming to your door, knocking, and when you answer, he stands there reading a prepared speech, refusing to come in or go away, but continuing to read a prepared speech to you . . . even after you shut the door and go back to what you were doing.)

donning sandals isn't an indication of being non secular, its in basic terms that muslims would desire to flow to mosque to wish, you're no longer allowed to placed on footwear interior the mosque,so,it difficulty-free to slip off whilst flow to their 5 circumstances prayer on the mosque. Its as much as you no be counted in case you % to placed on sandal or no longer.

You can eat what ever you want except what God Almighty forbiden to Human.
Do not mix cultures with religion.

Not necessarily, as long before your prayers you cleanse your smelly feet !! purify yourself and fear Allah S.W.T for Allah S.W.T , the god of the most high, loves people who are clean and purify themselves before praying and communicating with him....

Not really, but you'd have to constantly bow down behind someone's backside in the mosque, all facing Mecca. If you like to bow down to someone's butt, that then go for it.
