God believers have told me that no matter how much evidence we come up with to prove God's non existence, they will still believe

That's insanity.

That's like saying you refuse to say you're human even though it's been proven

Here's what I don't understand... ..how people can honestly believe that our lives, this world, and everything was some kind of scientific accident. Evolution doesn't even address things like how our planet is 'exactly' far enough from the sun to sustain life perfectly, or how our solar system was created, etc. The more scientists discover (like unraveling the DNA chain); the more science is proving that only God could create something this fantastically wonderful... ..how can scientific "accidents" create beautiful sunsets that please our eyes, or the simple beauty of the rainbow, etc. To think our intricate bodies evolved from slime is more 'unbelievable' than believe that God created and is the easiest explanation for all that has happened since earth began. There will be no doubt, that in the end, every man that ever lived will believe; some will just have to learn the hard way. I will pray for you that you don't have to learn the hard way.

Well, as per your question, "no matter how much evidence we come up with to prove God's non existence" the simple truth is that you haven't come up with any.... none at all.

The best that you can do is to show that god may not be "necessary". That's a far cry from proof that a God "doesn't exist".

On the other hand, the idea that someone would believe in something that has been proved to not exist can be shown as a bit pathological. Still, some beleive we haven't been to the moon yet. Some believe the Earth to be the center of the universe still.

Whatever, you'll never prove the non-existence of God... It's logically not possible. The best you'll come up with is proof that he isn't necessary for creation.

What so called "God believers" are you referring to?? Not me!
It is insanity to say that God does not exist. It is worse than insanity. It is blasphemy. God made you! He loves you!! Why is that a bad thing in your opinion? I have never heard any evidence that God does not exist. Where would such evidence come from? Who is it that I should be listening to that overrides what God has proven in the lives of so many people? Don't fight against God. He is real!! To be so anti-God is true insanity. No, it's beyond insanity. You should give in to God and the love and peace He offers. Think about this as well, what if you are wrong about God? What have you gained? What will you face after death? What if I am wrong about God? If I believed in God, what do I lose if I am wrong?

Madness is rare in individuals—but in groups, parties, nations, and ages it is the rule.
—§156

Historical refutation as the definitive refutation.-- In former times, one sought to prove that there is no God - today one indicates how the belief that there is a God arose and how this belief acquired its weight and importance: a counter-proof that there is no God thereby becomes superfluous.- When in former times one had refuted the 'proofs of the existence of God' put forward, there always remained the doubt whether better proofs might not be adduced than those just refuted: in those days atheists did not know how to make a clean sweep.

Reported for trolling.

There is a difference between a curious atheist coming into the spirituality section because they have a genuine curiosity about religion, and a disgruntled atheist who is just trying to offend people and cause trouble. You hate Christians and think we're morons. We get it. Now keep it to yourself, or you're no worse than a fundamentalist religious extremist. You have no right to question what anyone chooses to believe or not believe.

I will always believe God before I even entertain a thought of believing you. By the way, trying to be a "better man" in any way other than Christ is the foolishness that will land you in Hell. Open your eyes, blind man. Have you even read the bible? You should before spouting this nonsense.

Interesting argument that you have "evidence" to "prove" God's non-existence.

In all these YEARS, I haven't seen a single shred of such "evidence" that could be taken even remotely serious, even at the elementary level. Hmm. Didn't know that "much" evidence has been collected.

Insanity? Nope. Extreme skepticism about your claims.

Well their are a few that are way off. But just because someone believes in something that does them good, and may that be popular with some ideas. Insane I would have to say not.

I'm not saying I do or don't believe and not saying you should or shouldn't. But some people need faith in their lives. Some people just need to believe in a "higher power" to get through tough times in their lives. Who am I to say they shouldn't believe.

No its more like, we know that you'll never be able to come of with enough evidence to deny that there had to be a higher power to create everything, and so therefore it doesnt matter.
