In the sense that the devil is the father of all lies, yes. Astrology is a lie, and people who depend on it are messing up their lives.
They can't make a decision on their own.
Christianity does the opposite. It teaches you to take responsibility for your life.
Note: For those who are not familiar with the terminology, there is a difference between astrology and astronomy! Astronomy is the study of the stars, their positions, their movements, etc. astrology is the belief that certain star formations affect how you live - if you were born when certain stars were a certain way, etc. you are a certain kind of person, and your future is mapped out for you in a certain way.
And there are people who believe that stuff who have trouble believing in God!!!!

Christians are so spiritually flatlined and superstitious that they believe everything to be the works of evil. Why? Because it causes them to think out of the small elementary ignorant box they put themselves into. Basically Astrology is the study of the laws ones soul is born under of or the karma one has invoked in past lives of the soul. So you start off where you left off and the natal chart gives you a rough blue print of the strengths and weaknesses that your soul inherited.
If Christians were cognizant and spiritually discerning they would be able to make a connection between Astrology and their scriptures. Astrology is mentioned countless times in their scriptures, in fact one can say astrology and the bible are inner connected.
The twelve zodiac signs, the twelve tribes, the twelve disciples. Which are divided in to four elements and their are three of those each element. Aries is the alpha and Pisces is the omega. If you understand how astrology relates to the personality then you will be able to undoubtedly see how the revelation uses the same allegoric symbols. Anything that causes Christians to think are tools of the devil. The only thing one can do is have compassion and empathy on their self defeating mindset.
Astrology are the laws of God! The ones Christians believe they are exempt from.

No. I do believe in GOD though, 100%. But in no way do I believe the bible. The bible is a book based on someones ideas to make people obey the laws they come up with, yet half of the Christians I have met have broke more than half. Mind you almost every religion is up there with Christianity. There is no such thing as the devil, or demons. We are literally living in hell, so we can learn lessons for GOD. Astrology is a tool that is used by many and unless you were raised to believe there is no GOD, it will not lead your life or take GOD's place. It is simply another lesson. Don't feel bad about doing it. No harm in it.

It is not. During the time prior to civilizations, man didn't have any means of guidance. They used the stars and the moon to tell of time and weather. The annual overflow of the Nile River was observed by early Egyptians and their guidance was the moon and the stars. Why do we think that it will rain if we can't see any stars at night? The stars' and the moon's movement has somewhat a connection to people's behavior and attitude thus making them anticipate the situation that is most likely to happen. Remember a crazy person is also called lunatic and that is where that term comes from; lunar means moon. The sudden change of one's temper and attitude is attributed to the moon's changing phases. It is neither a sin nor a tool of the devil. If you want to know more, read Guidance and Counselling Books and you will find it out for yourself.

Astrology is real. Job mentions it in the final chapters of his Book of the Bible.
Worshipping the stars, or using them to guide your life would be idolotry.
God put them in the sky for a purpose, but it wasn't to worship them. Unfortunately, some people prefer to worship the creation, rather than the Creator.

I am not Christian but why would Astrology is classified as sin? What harm does it do? No, it is not my Master's tool by the way. He has his own.

from christian perspective, Astrology is a sin because it replaces guidance from God with guidance from the stars. Stars may tell your future but only God can change it.

yes, it's praciticing divination. Which God forbids. Sometimes the stuff in horoscopes or palm readings is true. That's scary.If it's not from God, who's it from?
