The joy that I receive comes from knowing the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, and the Lord of my life. Jesus gives one nothing but pure joy. Joy is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit of God. God gives a joy which is incomparable to anything which this world has to offer, or ever shall have to offer. It is an unspeakable joy just to have Jesus as your continual companion, and to know that He is always right by your side, any time that you shall need Him in any way. You will never know real joy if you do not know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior of your soul. If this be the case, I encourage you to call upon his name today. Just ask Him to forgive you for your sins, and He will do so immediately; and He will send his Holy Spirit into your heart, and you will become a completely new creature; as we are promised in 2 Cor. 5:17. 1. Walking in fellowship with my creator.
2. Seeing people come to know Him.
3. Seeing suffering children made happy.
4. Seeing my family happy.
Those are the kinds of things that give me joy. And the opposite gives me a lot of sadness.

seeing someone realize how much God loves them and surrendering their life to Him...come to think of it, that's the same thing, maybe the only thing that gives God joy as He looks down here and sees so many of His children carrying on in wickedness and doubting His very existence

SINGING TO MY GOD. WHICH BRINGS GLORY TO OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN. THIS ALSO BRINGS IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD. THIS IS MY GREATEST JOY. I AM THANKFUL GOD HAS GIVEN ME THE GIFT TO SING TO HIM.
