Because I think that his guy likes me and I like him. He wanted to know where I live and he calls me everyday, but his behavior at school is different. He doesnt talk to me at school but when I say hey he gives me alittle smile. Does he like me or would it be better to be friends first?

you have to be friends first, it is almost impossible to start a strong relationship (bf/gf) without being friends with the guy first. get to know him & decide if he is really the person you would want to go out with, justb TALK get to know eachother befor you start a romance. i made the mistake of not getting to know my boyfriend the firstb time we went out & it wasnt sucessful because we didnt really know eachother! just make sure your friends withe the guy befor you ask him, and it is certainly not wierd to ask a guy out! if you like him your not gonna wait forever for him to ask you out, go ahead & make a move. as for acting differently in school, its normal. all guys are different when they are alone with you rather then surrounded with their friends. dont worry about that.

Us guys are strange. I was alot like the type of male you described. Never talked to the girl at school, but called and talked with her after school. It depends on the guy. Some males enjoy being the persuer, and if a girl asks him out or something that might turn him off, even though he might be interested. Just throw it out there, but do not make it obvious that you are asking him out. There are a few times girls have asked me out, but I reject the offer, because I am the type of guy that has to chase the girl, not the other way around. Yet again, a friend of mine, she asked out a guy that turned out to be her boyfriend. He was banking on her to ask him out. So it all depends on the guy.

I would start off as friends. If he treats you differently at school - there is a reason for this. It could be he just is looking for a little sexy excitement with you but thinks you are not good enough for him to be seen with in public, or it could be he has another girlfriend already and is trying to see how many he can get. I cannot read this guy's mind - but be careful.

Yes this guy does really like u. I will guarantee that if you asked him out he would say defiantly. That acting diff. at school and the smile is a big hint.

OMG.... im in the same situation w/ this guy and i tell him i want hugs and kisses 4 christmas and he said no cause im going to get them everyday this guy is into u just let ur friend level up and then ask him out!! I hope it works!!! good luck and happy holidays! :)
