You gotta be picky cause you don't want to fall for a loser. Then again you just never know when things might click with someone you wouldn't suspect. So weed out the losers, but give guys who may not be exactly your type a try.

He had feeling that were probably hurt by this, you're the reason guys don't ask girls out,we(guys) wait for the girls to make the first move, you must redeem yourself and try one date with him,if you don't like it or think hes cheesy after this date than go from there, but give it at least on try....

I think you did the right thing. You need to know the person before you an date. Atleast a little bit. Don't worry. You're just cautious...not picky.

Usually the first impulse is right. Maybe your thoughts will change along with a right time.

Don't lower your standards for anyone. It may take you longer to find what you want, but in many cases waiting can be worth it. Stick to your gunz.

Yeah i believe you done the right thing. But if you think that you might want to go out with him in the future then i would get to know him "become friends" with him then go from there. that way you know him and he knows you.

Tell him you didn't mean to be blunt, you want to get to know him as a friend first, and then you'll let him know when you are ready to move on.

It's right if you feel it's right. Seriously there is no right and wrong to this situation. If you didn't like this guy like that then you shouldn't have led him on by dating him. good luck
