I am at the point with my boyfriend that I want to freaking just run away. I have already called off the wedding plans and I now I told him that I was going trying to work things out. Problem is that I work 2 jobs and he works one that doesnt even give 40 hours a week. He doesnt clean, yes he watches my son occasionaly when my son's I am at work (1 every 3 or 4 weeks), but he doesnt help with bills very much, he pays his car payment and occasionally puts groceries in the house anyways I told him that I had enough and he started crying and saying he was going to help out well needless to say he hasnt.

I think you did the right thing by calling off the wedding. The two things that ended my marriage was sex (or lack there of) and finances (my ex blew our savings and maxed the c.cards).

You have to get stuff like this straightened out during the pre-wedding stage or else it'll all blow up in your face down the line. And from personal experience, I can tell you that divorce is HELL.

Maybe you should take another step back and just date, if that isn't what you're already doing, because it sounds like he isn't financially ready for a serious committment.

Honey, you need to get out as soon as you can. The man will never change. I was married to a man exactly like that for 3 years and suffered tremendously for it. He will not change, not matter what. Even if he tells you that he loves you. Do not get into something you are going to have a hard time getting out of. Trust me, I really regreted marrying my ex. I am better off without him and you will be too. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Step up to him go up to him and say the following:
~Giv and ultimatium. Either he chose to stay with you and clean or hes out and hes gone.
~If he loved you he would stay and help
~Clean less and less then he would want to start
~Tell how you feel, say you thihnk that he needs to help out more because you work more then him. Women also have PMS what do men have?

seems like you're giving this guy too much credit. he's not helping you enough with what is needed now, how do you expect him to totally change when you're married? and anyway, he doesn't seem to be a good role model for your son also

He started crying? It doesn't seem like the healthiest relationship; probably time to move on.

Ya well its most likely he won't change. You only have one life so dont blow it by marrying some one you arent 100% sure about.

PERSONALLY, I WOULD MOVE ON. IF HE HASN'T TAKEN THE INITIATIVE TO DO SO BEFORE, YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO CONSTANTLY TELL HIM TO DO SO IN THE FUTURE. IT IS GOING TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE RAISING 2 CHILDREN VERSUS 1 MOST DAYS. GOOD LUCK.
