Try again. I got that same message and at level 6 I'm supposed to have unlimited answers. So I clicked on my profile to see if anything had changed and when I saw that it hadn't I went back to the question I was trying to answer and it worked that time.

Seems to be a BUG in the system.
I'm L5 (unlimited answers) and got that message 6 times today. I retried to answer, and voila! I could answer.
I think that some folks have set some bots loose on Y!A and it's causing problems (ex: see "man" who has answered about 10,000 questions since Dec 13). These bots are causing cracks in the system.

wait till eventually tommorow, yahoo doesnt opt for human beings flooding for factors. the point of yahoo solutions is to get solutions out to those with questions, no longer flood the board for factors. Its no longer like the criteria rather provide you with some thing in any case. as well an inflated ego.

It hits a glitch every once in a while and does that when you haven't. If you really think that you haven't, wait five min. and try again.

it did the same to me. then it self-corrected when i did that.
