He's probably shy and didn't expect you to know what it meant. When you did, it caught him off guard. Watch his actions because they speak so much louder than words. People can say anything, but what they do...well, that's a whole different thing. Remember this mantra: "it's not what you say, but how you say it."

No telling what he is thinking but its either he's to shy and acts like a player or he really likes you and is nervous or if you see him withsomeone else find someone else who really likes you you seem to be a girl who likes guys who are sensetive try to find a sensetive guy just for YOU!!!!!

He meant it but he doesn't know how to obviously express it because he's shy. I've said things in the tongue of my descendants to my ex because I was shy.
