Mein Kampf.
Or perhaps the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which was a forgery made by the Russian government claiming to be the minutes of a Jewish meeting where Jews were planning out all the world events. It made many people turn against the Jews, and made people willing that they should be murdered mercilessly.
It was actually a best-seller for a while. And to this day, some people in the Middle East still purchase it and believe it.

TEN MOST HARMFUL BOOKS OF THE 19th and 20th CENTURIES
The Communist Manifesto, by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels tops the list. At one point in the 20th century it had 60% of the world's population under its direct power and 70 million dead and millions incarcerated in gulags under various dictators that drank from its pages, among them Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Kim Jong Il, etc
Das Kapital and the Little Red Book carrying the quotations of Chairman Mao that every Chinese person was to have on his person also make it lower in the list with Mein Kampf.

There isn't one. A book is just a book, an inanimate object. It has no ability to harm or heal. It is the way the people USE the book that becomes harmful, and from that stand point the answer is all too clear, The Bible. But since you can't blame the book for the actions of the people that read it....any answer to this questions, mine included, is superfluous.

A scientific Chemistry Book detailing how to make explosives out of simple household chemicals you can buy at any store.
This has done MORE to injure people than any other book.
Thank GOD, there is no Scientific Book detailing how to make an Atomic Bomb. If there was, it would be a #1 best seller and people would be trying to make one.
I can see it now...

Satanic verses....by that iranian dude.
ok i see the masses dont like my original answer....so...how about The Anarchists Cookbook? is that satisfactory to you?
Unless you are opposed to the Gnostic Gospels, then that would be one of the most harmful to Christianity and Catholicism.
Its all a matter of personal opinion.
The reason i said Satanic Verses was because the author, Salman Rashdie, an Iranian national, was exiled over the book and had a few assassination attempts over it.

The Bible of Martin Luther.
aka "The Luther Bible" in 1534.
Martin Luther took books and verses out of the Bible and hence created the idea of Protestantism. He was the greatest revolutionary (truly--of the worst kind--because of the multitude of lost of souls as a result).
Hang me, I don't mind.
