I think she likes me and i am going to ask her out but when should i do it. the first thing that comes to mind is after 4th block ( high school) what do you think

it depends on her schedule. and yours, also. Find a time when you two are free to talk without being rushed or in a hurry to get somewhere, like your next class. Ask her and be calm about it. dont act rushed, because chances are she will be rushed and could make the wrong decision and make both of you unhappy. good luck with her! :)
